We encourage our customers to seek professional services from our engineers to ensure high standards of workmanship are maintained. Failure to do so would unfortunately invalidate the warranty. Just like our customers we believe our caravans deserve the best quality aftercare.

Should you ever make that agonising decision to sell your cherished caravan then rest assured the resale value will be maximised as the warranty is transferable. Notification of the change of ownership has to be made to Dunster House within 30 days of the change (a small administration charge will apply). Please also ensure caravan services have been carried out and recorded as required and that all relevant documentation can be passed on to the new owner.
